“Over a year ago 2025, the light bulb went off to have someone come in to help with the transition of styles under new leadership at our church. Our team immediately went into planning mode. We mapped out what we could benefit from in our season of transition, and Tina Marshall was one part of that plan.

We brought Tina in to help us see an outside perspective—things we may have been too close to notice ourselves. Her years in the industry, expertise, and professionalism made her a clear choice when hiring. However, her spiritual maturity is what sealed it for me.

Tina took the time to ask the right questions and be a listening ear when it came to what we needed in our current season as a ministry. The Zoom call, Saturday Intensive, and Church Anniversary Sunday worship experience were definitely ones for the books. Some of the participants said, “They didn’t realize they were doing more than just singing songs!” When that ah-ha moment hits you, it’s important to tap in even further.
